As an Institution or Investor using our Site and Services, we ask you to provide the following information when requested:

  • Contact information to set up a Profile to communicate with our us and other Institutions and Investors, which includes your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and other similar information;
  • Institutions' business information which includes information such as the registered trading name, beneficial owners, financial performance, and other similar information;
  • Information from third party providers regarding payments, such as third party payment processors and providers; and
  • Detailed personal information for identity verification purposes, which may include date of birth, social security number, government issued photo identification, and other similar information.

We may also obtain information about you from third parties such as credit report agencies and identity verification services.

In addition, we may also collect information on your IP addresses, the identity of your Internet service provider, mobile devices, the date and time of your visit and the pages you visit, and locations used to access our Site for fraud detection and prevention purposes. We may also collect IP addresses for system administration purposes.

Do Not Track

Blossom does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals at this time. Do Not Track is a setting a user can select in their browser to request preferences not to be tracked by websites and ad networks.
